Giuseppe Scalvini Conference Room
Garda Exhibition Centre, Montichiari, Brescia
SCOPE OF THE WORKSHOP
The main topic of the workshop will be the design aspects and process parameters dedicated to the diecasting of aluminium and magnesium alloys, with the aid of MAGMASOFT simulation software.
The aims are to establish the guidelines for the design of the casting system according to characteristics of the machine and the geometrical shape of the component.
During the workshop, illustrations will be provided of examples of application using CAD modelling, MAGMASOFT simulation and casting optimisation systems.
Space will also be dedicated to the execution of a case study submitted by participants. In order to submit case studies, contact EnginSoft by 2nd April 2004 (details below).
