Before entering the Exhibition Centre, all operators must have their temperature taken to ensure that it does not exceed 37.5°C (99.5°F). Measuring body temperature in real time constitutes personal data processing and, therefore, must comply with the current regulations regarding personal data processing. To this end, BolognaFiere S.p.A., as the Data Controller, has published special guidelines pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the ‘GDPR’).

Workers are required to immediately notify their employer if they develop flu-like symptoms while working at the company premises of BolognaFiere.

BolognaFiere must be informed of workers who test positive for COVID-19 in order to cooperate with the health authorities, providing information that may help identify anyone they have been in close contact with.

Within the company premises of BolognaFiere, masks without a valve must be worn and a distance of at least 1 metre between people must be respected (social distancing). If this is not logistically or technically possible, employees must inform their employer so that suitable measures may be adopted.

All operators must respect the health and safety regulations issued by the relevant authorities, with particular reference to hand washing and what to do when sneezing or coughing (wash your hands often and always after blowing your nose and before and after eating/drinking, using the WC, having touched your mask or face; if you need to sneeze or cough, do so in a disposable tissue or into your bent elbow, and immediately toss the tissue into a closed bin. Then wash your hands with water and soap or using an alcohol-based solution).

You must:

• obey the signs related to the entry/exit points indicated by BolognaFiere; . move about within the exhibition centre as little as possible;
