Your company participates in METEF. Can you tell us why you chose to be present?
Metef is a strategic meeting point for Diecasting Engineering with die-casting professionals and an important showcase for introducing our solutions to the market.
For the first time, we will be directly introducing the YIZUMI press brand, a world-leading brand that we distribute in the Italian market.
Our presence at Metef allows us to strengthen our position as a reliable and innovative partner for Italian foundries, offering design and installation services for automated islands, as well as support, maintenance, and consulting services.
What innovations will you present at the fair? What kind of benefits do they bring to operators in the sector?
One of the focuses will be the YIZUMI LEAP press, which joins the YIZUMI cold-chamber, hot-chamber, and thixomolding press ranges for magnesium.
We will exhibit a 530t LEAP designed for maximum precision, efficiency, and repeatability through innovative closed-loop real-time injection control and a 24-inch multi-touch HMI.
In addition, we will present some of the solutions we have developed, such as DTM, a mold surface temperature monitoring system that is experiencing excellent market response in Italy and abroad.
LEAP’s advanced technology enables more precise process control, reducing defects and improving the quality of the final product.
Closure and injection have been redesigned and optimized, ensuring increased speed of platen opening and closing and increased injection efficiency. The advanced control system enables significant improvement in the production process analysis.
LEAP makes it possible to optimize the presence of operators on the machine and consequently increase their productivity.
