Metef takes place from 5th to 7th of March 2025 at BolognaFiere – Viale della Fiera, 20, 40128 Bologna BO, during the following exhibition hours:
– for visitors:
- Wednesday 5 March from 9am till 5:30pm
- Thursday 6 March from 9am till 5:30pm
- Friday 7 March from 9am till 5:30pm
– for exhibitors:
- Wednesday 5 March from 8am till 6pm
- Thursday 6 March from 8am till 6pm
- Friday 7 March from 8am till 6pm
INFORMATION: We would like to inform visitors that, at the entrance of METEF, at the disposal of the competent authorities, measures will be taken to verify the access of visitors in order to ensure adequate security standards for the event. Operations may take longer than is normally required in the absence of monitored openings. Grateful for the availability and understanding, which, we are sure, you will reserve us, we look forward to the MECSPE 2025 event in Bologna.

Services for disabled
Reserved parking spaces at the public entrances of Via Michelino and P.zza Costituzione.
Vehicles for people with mobility difficulties (manual push) available free of charge at the public entrances, to be requested from service staff.
It is guaranteed accessibility to all areas of the Fair District open to the public.. The exhibitors and booth assembers must comply with current regulations for the removal of architectural barriers.
MECSPE free shuttle schedules to and from Bologna Exhibition:
SHUTTLES STATION/AV to FIERA from Station/AV (via Carracci) to Costituzione Entrance.
Scheduled departure from 8:30 am, continuous service throughout the day about every 15 minutes.
BLQ AIRPORT to FAIR SHUTTLES from Bus Parking to Constitution Entrance.
Departures hours: 8.30am – 08.50am – 09.10am – 09.30am – 09.50am – 10.10am – 10.30am
FAIR SHUTTLES to BLQ AIRPORT from Costituzione Entrance to Parking Bus
Departures every 20′: 4.15pm – 4.35pm – 5.55pm – 5.45pm – 6.15pm – 6.35pm – 6.55pm
